Google Drive Watch Folder

Overview

Connect Google Drive to select a folder, and Heard will automatically process every audio file that appears in it. This also enables historical backfill, meaning you can drop years of recordings into a folder and let Heard process them overnight.

How It Works

  1. In the Heard Dashboard, go to Settings → Integrations → Google Drive
  2. Connect your Google account via OAuth
  3. Select a folder to watch
  4. Heard monitors the folder for new .wav, .mp3, .flac, and .m4a files
  5. New files are automatically ingested and analyzed

Batch Processing

When you drop a large number of files at once, Heard switches to batch mode:

  • Files are grouped by customer (via phone number in filename or content)
  • The AI produces aggregated analysis across all conversations per customer
  • A batch summary card appears in the Dashboard when processing completes
