Twilio Integration

Connect your Twilio account to Heard and every call recording will be automatically ingested, analyzed, and surfaced in your Triage Queue.

  1. In the Heard Dashboard, go to Settings → Integrations → Twilio
  2. Enter your Twilio Account SID and Auth Token
  3. Heard configures a recording status callback on your Twilio account
  4. Every completed call recording is automatically downloaded and processed
  • Automatic transcription with speaker diarization
  • AI analysis: summary, sentiment, risk score, action items
  • Triage card created for each call
  • Customer identity resolved from phone number
