Zapier Integration

Don’t see a native integration for your phone system? Zapier bridges the gap. Create a Zap that sends recordings from any source to Heard’s webhook endpoint.

  • Aircall
  • RingCentral
  • Zoom
  • Dialpad
  • Any app that produces audio URLs or file attachments

How It Works

  1. Create a new Zap in Zapier
  2. Trigger: Choose your phone system (e.g., “Aircall → New Call Recording”)
  3. Action: Webhook → POST to https://api.heard.ai/v1/ingest/audio
  4. Map the audio URL field to the audio_url parameter
  5. Include your Heard API key in the headers
