What’s Coming
Section titled “What’s Coming”Heard’s roadmap extends the platform into the tools your team already uses — Google Workspace, your website, and beyond. These features are in active development.
Google Workspace Add-ons
Section titled “Google Workspace Add-ons”Heard will integrate directly into Google Workspace, delivering intelligence where your team already works.
Gmail Sidebar
Section titled “Gmail Sidebar”When you open an email from a known customer, the Heard sidebar shows:
- Executive Relationship Brief — AI-composed summary of the customer relationship
- Ghost Drafting — a pre-composed reply based on context and your team’s playbook (you review and send — the AI never sends from the sidebar)
- Conversation History — recent interactions across all channels
Google Meet Sidebar
Section titled “Google Meet Sidebar”- Pre-meeting: View the customer profile and talking points before the call starts
- Post-meeting: Meeting transcripts are automatically ingested and analyzed
Google Calendar Sidebar
Section titled “Google Calendar Sidebar”- Just-in-time prep sheets with customer context and suggested talking points, surfaced when a meeting with a known customer is about to start
Inbound Omni-Widget
Section titled “Inbound Omni-Widget”An embeddable chat widget for your website that feeds conversations directly into Heard’s intelligence pipeline.
- Live chat with customers — conversations are analyzed in real time
- Lead capture — new contacts are automatically created and routed to the right team
- Configurable branding — match your company’s look and feel
- Voicebot upgrade (planned) — handle voice calls directly through the widget via WebRTC
Workflow Builder
Section titled “Workflow Builder”A visual workflow builder in the Dashboard for creating multi-step automated processes:
- Chain together actions: send email → wait for reply → update CRM → notify manager
- Conditional branching based on customer data or sentiment
- Human-in-the-Loop checkpoints at any step
- Trigger workflows automatically based on events or on a schedule
Advanced Integrations
Section titled “Advanced Integrations”- Native CRM connections — direct integration with HubSpot, Salesforce, and other CRMs (no Zapier required)
- Email forwarding — for companies not on Gmail, forward to a dedicated Heard address for automatic ingestion
